Kelsey graduated from Bond University in January 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2021. She commenced with Abetz Curtis Lawyers in August 2021. Kelsey practises in the areas of employment and workplace relations, local government and planning, and general civil litigation.
