Kelsey graduated from Bond University in January 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in August 2021 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in October 2021. She commenced with Abetz Curtis in August 2021.
Kelsey practises in the areas of employment and workplace relations, workers compensation, general litigation, and local government and planning.
Outside of the law, Kelsey is involved with the Taroona Football Club as a senior player, and has served as Secretary of the Club since January 2024. She also enjoys playing futsal and spending time with her friends and family – especially her pets, Ava and Ollie.
